Follow-up support
After delivery, we can continue to communicate about use and maintenance issues, and the specific terms of service shall be subject to the project agreement.

There are only architectural drawings. What if there is no structural drawing?
DeepBlue said that structural drawings and engineering calculations can be discussed based on the customer's architectural drawings. What specific drawings are needed and who will review them should be included in the scope of delivery after the project evaluation.
Can it be built according to the layout and materials I want?
Please put forward the layout, material and finish requirements at the program stage. The scope of achievable, as well as the impact on price and time, should be evaluated by the engineering team and confirmed in the written plan.
What will the factory be responsible for?
DeepBlue explained that the factory will process and assemble light steel frames, and can also purchase its system-related materials. The complete list of materials and supplies should be confirmed according to specific items.
Who is responsible for the on-site construction?
DeepBlue provides installation instructions and says that it can assist in finding construction parties or supervisors. The local foundation, license, construction and acceptance responsibilities should be clearly written in the contract one by one.
How to determine the quotation and schedule?
Communicate the drawings, project location and requirements first, and then confirm the scope of design, materials, transportation and on-site support. The quotation and the time of each stage shall be subject to the written plan confirmed by both parties.
What kind of support will be available after completion?
